I trieds changing browsers, devices, cleaned cookies and cache and everything and it still does it.
It is really annoying due to the loss of fluid scrolling

it does that because it can’t have the fully page loaded at once without you having a buttload of ram
It would be nice if it didn’t have to do that but unless you want laggier scrolling, this is the better alternative
