*So she still loved his dad even though he had neglect her to some extent.
*I can understand that he (his past) was not a perfect person he was not a good person before so having to know you had a daughter out of no where he would really not come to conclusion that maybe she was his, then he pushes out Seol-Ah, but when he got her he didn’t Became a good father to her since he has to work and struggle in raiding also financial problem. He is a single parent remember.
*But! He CARED, he would remind her not to use her magic so that the tower would not discover and take her away. And when she was taken from him, he is appealing for her, it’s just that he was weak in power and social status plus he is poor.
*Seol-Ah might thought her father abandoned her while she is growing in the tower but she didn’t know, he was looking for a way to be with her. As seen in the first chapter where he took her side and not the sword saint (humanity).

Oh man, come on, making him re-live her trauma even though the trauma has now been prevented? I mean, he was already 100% set on preventing anything bad from happening to her, and now you want him to feel even worse by making him see what she went through in the mage’s tower? Dick move.
