MC is a little TOO conscious about romantic death flags, when the current Evan is SOOOOOOOO much better and stronger/more competent than the original one.

I also love how he’s so supportive of his son(s). And I love his reaction towards his vassal after telling him that Evan paid for all of it (becuase no one is taking his son’s precious achievements/hard work!) MC is really stupid. Why is he paranoid about getting together with girls that might or might not lead to his death? He’s forgetting several important details.
First off, MC is not the same Evan from the original because he’s a different person from Evan. On top of the fact that he’s not a womanizer nor is he incompetent, he doesn’t have to worry about women either directly or indirectly causing his death. Meaning, that MC doesn’t have to worry about Evan’s fiancee since due to MC being Evan now, it’s unlikely that she’ll choose the Protagonist character. And MC’s not the type to commit suicide, so… that death flag wont’ happen.
Secondly. Bellua was originally a villain. Same with Miriam. And Evan’s sister wasn’t even supposed to be ALIVE! A lot of the plot has changed, because MC brought Bellua under his wing, and saved his sister, resulting in Miriam remaining good and not being one of Evan’s death flags.
Due to this, there is no reason for MC to get paranoid that marrying Bellua will result in a death flag rising, since eliminating the possibility of Bellua becoming a villain which eventually kills Evan has taken down that death flag.
Though I realize that the reason why it’s here is for comedy purposes, but… it’s a rather shallow way to go about it.

You’re quite right about that, considering the logic but I suppose it’s for the plot of the story and if the given circumstances that the original ‘Evan’ will die at anything even for a simple thing, the MC must be cautious because of fact that he will die even for a simple thing.
Even so that the possibility him dying is lowered even after marrying Bellua there still a little chance of him dying because there might an event only the ‘MC’ knows that is not even reveal on the story and might reveal on the future.
But I will choose bellua to be his partner, they are a cute couple. I hope these two will end to each other.

I’m still waiting for the next chapter’s I still can’t believe at first I didn’t like this manga and I put it off for another day when I had the vibe to read it and the first few chapters where Abit boring and Abit nice then I got hooked after reading for a while and know I’m waiting 🥲

Yeah it doesnt grab u in early chapters bcs they are freaking young. If it was from 15 years old to 18 Debut then it would be more hooking un early chapters. Older readers/18+ are uncomfortable with them being little kids. But the story is realy good.
But i still miss world Building stories like Dark Lady and Im not the demon god’s lackey
