Hmm, just as I predicted in the previous chapter… That arrogant Popess wasn’t really a hateful and heartless person; I mean she seemed genuinely surprised when Iselle stopped Lahan from killing her, and she also seemed genuinely relieved about Iselle regained her consciousness after she fainted due to her hand injury. And who knew that even this arrogant Popess (rightfully) despised that Ceser Recion and maybe also disgusted about what this creature had done to Iselle?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 And I remembered that in the Novel Updates Forum Spoilers; it was said Popess reformed after being with Iselle for some times, most likely due to grow genuinely fonds of her (unlike that sexist Ceser).
