This is just my opinion for me killing that girl was good idea after all in past chapters that girl was thinking revenge or plans againts to mc and she also the one reason why almost of them almost died she is the one who lured monsters from them. But concerning to me was character development of the girl i hope in future mc fix this issue.

But alchemist i think alchemist class was not that bad especially if you teach them proper knowledge, well but depends on their world if they so many alchemist in their world that why they neglected it so much.
