Major plot holes abound, the character goes back in time to his past, but the gods are supposedly still aware of his self from the future the slaughtered his way through the gods before dying, which would imply that he didn’t go back in time at all but only returned to earth, but that’s impossible as it is undoubtedly his life that he reincarnated into and he supposedly spent several hundred years slaughtering those gods, and they don’t particularly seem to care that time has reversed itself, and they somehow remember him as that “twilight of the gods” without remembering his face.
so yeah… not proper timeline here it’s all just all over the place back and forth nonesense.
that or the person who made the manga seriously f*cked up on one scene, and not understanding the plot at all, randomly added in a scene where one of the characters compared him to his future/past/alternate self which never existed and never could have possibly existed in that timeline.
