As it should as his profession as an awakened is “farmer”. Other people or awakeners who don’t have this profession should not be able to grow veggies and fruits as items, just regular fruit and veggies.

*Spoiler Alert* Sejun will have full control of his crops. No one else is allowed to plant it unless he gives explicit permission otherwise those who do (at least in any of the Dragon towers) will become his slave. The ones taken outside to the real world won’t take root or grow to the original state or maximum because it’s Sejun’s crops and no one else can recreate it.
