Without contact from the outside for “hundreds or thousands of years”, I’m surprised she even knew what rice was. They live on a plateau and eat powder broth and meat. There were a couple small streams up there, but I didn’t see any cultivated land.(rice is planted in submerged soil)

That sounds like two to me… They are often lumped together in fiction, but in reality they are very much different. But that’s not generally something I’ll expect a web novel author to care about.
There’s a written joke about Asian novelists: “Those that are good at math’s and science go on to higher education and make a career, those that dont become web novelists.” ?
If you have read the attempted science and crunch numbers from a lot of the novels you find… that seems to be true for a high percent of them.
Many eastern publishers seem to write fiction to make money and to sell a story. Most of them focus on continuation, rather than credibility, so plot holes, poor rules of physics, and poor consistency are common. Usually attributed to “magic” or similar phenomenon. But that can be attributed to the strict timelines of publishers, not necessarily the fault of the authors themselves. If it cant be done quickly and efficiently, then it’s not making enough money.

How did he make almost no impact when he landed with increased gravity? ONE of his weapons alone caused a crater when it fell to the ground. He is large, and he has two of those, yet he landed while barely disturbing the grass under the gravity field effect. He must have really strong legs to both absorb the impact and remain standing while carrying what seems to compare to 2 lead bowling balls on sticks.

If he can wear legend rank armor as a gold rank, why did they bother to couple the strength of armor with the strength of the user previously? Such as in the family auction when his patriarch thought he was buying gold rank armor for him because he was the only gold rank spiritualist in the family.
Before, he couldn’t use the full strength of the sword or the flying knives because his cultivation wasn’t high enough, but now, that wasn’t even mentioned.

If the Sacred Family, one of the top three families in the entire city, gave their kids high ranked armor, I guarantee that the fights mc had with them at the beginning would have gone very differently.
Yet none of the successors to the top families had high rank armor on even when they went to explore outside at the ruins where they found the temporal page and the shadow spirit… I wonder why that is?
