Well you see our mc right there, he is going to be one.
He alrwady stopped the bullying he also saved the princess.
It might seem selfish reasons, but he could’ve done none of those and still be better.
The author is just secretly keeping you psychologically disturbed people happy by showing anti-villain vibes but truly creating a hero behind your backs.
You guys might selfless heros with righteous hearts but I grew up with Spiderman, Superman and batman.
