The Lord of the Wheel of Destiny - Chapter 29

I guess i kinda understand this sht he just need to “consume” 9 daggers to have +90% crit rate then the flame do the damage.
.
So in summary he threw the daggers to the floor and bua lah 90% otherwise i dont understand where his crit rate come from.
It truly have bad logic :v

I was hoping his goal was upgrade his crit rate to 10 or 20% but one equipment can do it to 90.1%
