This is the most stupid one i have ever read.
Spoiler:
Lots of unnecessary misunderstanding happens. The fl is timid and dumb and fool who loves the ml unconditionally. The ml is a bastard who treats her like a doll. He is nice to her but never express his love cause he himself doesn’t want to accept his love.
Long story short, the maid of the fl lies that she have been cheating on the ml. The ml becomes angry and brings in a wife /fiance without properly communicating first. The fl after a lot of drama leaves the house. [Time skip] the fl was pregnant when she left so now has a son. The ml who founds about her chases after her as he can’t forget about her but is angry about the son(which he believes is another guy). The fl is becoming vulnerable. Misunderstanding and misunderstanding and lot of drama. He loves her and also wants to kill her and her son for the cheating in the past. Truth comes out that she didn’t cheat and the son is his. Now he is dead set on winning back. They get back together and happy ending. the end!
He never apologizes and she never forgives. Both of them are irritating and annoying. No character development for both.
She accepts him years later without even an apology or guilt just because she loves him, even though he treated her like garbage /object.
It’s just a very frustrating and foolish story.

The FL is nothing but a pushover
She was used, thrown away and after a time skip she didn’t even put up a fight and came running back to the trash ML’s arms
The title shouldn’t be “The Mistress Runs Away”. She never ran away, not even once. She’s too stupid to run away.
