Why did she go there anyways? She hasn’t really done anything and hasn’t searched for answers herself without relying on anyone else. I can’t hate her completely for it because she never realized she was being deceived by her family even up until now. She’s lived a very sheltered life and can’t be expected to be OP just because she’s gone back in time. But at the same time she should have learned a bit by now to at least check her surroundings, especially having been kidnapped before

The dad is sus still. It looked like he was going to choke her when she told him the empress is dead. There have also been signs of physical abuse in this chapter and 3 or 4 before: chapter 1, 2 or 3 when she mentions the punishment room; her mom wanting to punish her with a whip for asking to go to the palace; her brother saying at the academy that the parents get aggressive with him sometimes too; and the general personality of FL being very docile and unable to think for herself, which is very characteristic of an abused child
