I’d say it’d require a pretty crooked disciplinary department to sanction the Cleaning group for being unable to work continuously for over a day without the slightest of rest or relief but we already know just how corrupt the Association is and would blatantly ignore where actual fault lay. Too bad for fatty there his scheme failed just like that of EarthGov in Babylon 5 when it thought handing strike-breaking authority over to Sinclair would have him assault and imprison the striking dock workers when he instead used his supreme authority to fix all the issues including the budget theft from the Dock Workers so that they could finally afford to do their jobs safely and efficiently.

His thinking processes are still skewed. He’s supposed to increase public interest in the Cleaning team, obviously that doesn’t require him to sacrifice himself like that. Heck this should have caused an increase in the interest in the team by itself even if it’s not exactly positive interest the public would still be thinking about them.
